Wilson Downtown Properties, Inc. (WDP) is the leader in creative placemaking and property redevelopment projects – through economic development, art, culture, innovation and preservation – that drives community and economic investment to fully realize the vision of Historic Downtown Wilson.

Wilson Downtown Properties, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization and acts as the redevelopment affiliate of the Wilson Downtown Development Corporation (WDDC). WDP was created to put obsolete properties within the Municipal Service District back into adaptive reuse. This organization purchases or receives donations of downtown properties and negotiates their resale to partners that open viable retail and restaurant establishments.
