Formerly located in the Brentwood Shopping Center, Carolina Cheese Co. has moved to Historic Downtown Wilson and may be found in the same location where you loved Tig's Courtyard. They are maintaining most of the Tig's menu and will be reintroducing some of the Carolina Cheese Co. favorites such as the Zippy Rooster sandwich.
