The City of Wilson’s Customer Service Center is conveniently located across from the Wilson County Public Library and the BB&T Towers in Historic Downtown Wilson. The Customer Service Center is the main location for the Accounting, Customer Service, Credit and Collection Divisions of the City of Wilson.
